CCPA Overview
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Under CCPA, "selling" personal information means disclosing it to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Our Practice — We Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out action required. However, we provide this page to be transparent with California residents about our practices and to offer a mechanism for any privacy-related request.
Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know — You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to Delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
- Right to Correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — You may direct us not to sell or share your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, so this right is not implicated by our current practices.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — You may limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes specified under CCPA/CPRA. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA through this website.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

We will use the information you provide in your request to verify your identity against records we already hold. We may ask for additional verification if the information provided is insufficient.
Requests submitted by an authorized agent on your behalf must include a signed written authorization from you, or a power of attorney. We may contact you directly to confirm that you have authorized the agent.
